In addition, it still provides a maximum lifting height of 16,80 m. This can be increased to 20.70 m by the optional crane tip. The MC 405 also impresses with its very compact design, with a throughput width of 1.38 m, height 1.98 m and the low dead weight of only 5.8 t. The drive can be either diesel or electrically powered (380 V / 4 phases). Thus, the Maeda MC 405 is not only suitable for internal work on sensitive floors, but also through the powerful crawler track system for the terrain. The mounting crane has sufficient power in every display to safely lift and transport the material and tool. The crane can be operated by anyone, thanks to its sensitive and precise control.
